El equipo debe ser colocado lejos de dichas sustancias.<\/li>\n<li>Desastres naturales, o cualquier acto de Dios.<\/li>\n<li>El da\u00f1o a los componentes interno debido a la presencia de agentes externos dentro del cuerpo, como colillas de cigarro, ceniza, l\u00edquidos, insectos, animales peque\u00f1os, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Uso de cables modularizados proporcionados por otros fabricantes.<\/li>\n<li>Expansi\u00f3n de los conectores por medio de adaptadores u otros medios.<\/li>\n<li>Cualquier ajuste o modificaci\u00f3n hecha al producto.<\/li>\n<li>Sobrecargar la unidad con consumo de energ\u00eda que pase la carga m\u00e1xima como se muestra en la etiqueta correspondiente y en la documentaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Uso continuo por periodos extendidos de tiempo sin apagar el sistema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Uso continuo por periodos extendidos de tiempo sin apagar el sistema.<br \/>\nLa garant\u00eda quedar\u00e1 inv\u00e1lida si:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se retira o da\u00f1a la etiqueta de garant\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>El n\u00famero de serie del producto es alterado, corregido, modificado o retirado.<\/li>\n<li>El modelo del producto no concuerda con el n\u00famero de serie.<\/li>\n<li>La caja o cableado del producto est\u00e1 da\u00f1ado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Limitaci\u00f3n de Responsabilidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AEROCOOL NO ES RESPONSABLE POR CUALQUIER DA\u00d1O ESPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECTO O CONSECUENCIAL CUALQUIER QUE SEA, INCLUYENDO, PERO NO LIMIT\u00c1NDOSE A PERDIDA DE INGRESOS, UTILIDADES, DATOS (SEAN DIRECTOS O INDIRECTOS), O PERDIDA COMERCIAL POR VIOLAR CUALQUIER GARANTIA EXPRESA O IMPLICITA EN SU PRODUCTO INCLUSO SI AEROCOOL HA SIDO AVISADO PREVIAMENTE DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DA\u00d1OS.
